How to book a shopping appointment:
Do NOT call the site to book an appointment. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have problems with the site, need to reschedule, or any other questions. This is the quickest way to reach us.
Please note that call/email return times can vary from one day to one week especially during the beginning of each shopping season.
Be sure to have your proper low-income document ready to upload on the intake form. We do not keep your document.
Read and follow all instructions.
Click on the CLIENT INTAKE FORM in the banner of this site every time you want to schedule an appointment or need to make changes.
Follow the instructions and submit your intake form. Each season you will be required to "RESUBMIT" your intake form. It may say that you have already filled out a form - that's okay! Scroll through and make any changes (update your documentation every school year).
Large upload files may not work from a phone. Email for assistance.
Make sure to hit the SUBMIT button. Your intake form comes to us with a timestamp and we will call you to schedule your appointment in the order received.
